Part of living a creative life is enjoying the art that others produce. I was fortunate to be able to visit Melbourne, Australia in 2006 and again in 2012. Both trips were definitely travel highlights of my life. While hubby worked, I wandered the city on foot taking pictures and relishing the outdoor art that seemed to pop up everywhere.
In a later post, I’ll showcase the aboriginal art that has influenced my own work, but this post is all about the art installations, sculptures, and architecture that Melbourne is home to. I have to admit that I don’t remember all the names of the artworks, and am way too lazy to look them up, so I’ll just show you the pictures and let you enjoy the visual imagery.
